Mission & Vision
The goal of the Intercare Alliance is to provide a well- coordinated continuum of quality services to residents and their families in the Greater Worcester, Massachusetts area The Intercare Alliance is mission driven, and members work collaboratively to:
- Offer referrals and admissions to appropriate care level in Alliance member facilities.
- Control costs
- Identify successful practices and share expertise between member facilities.
- Promote clinical excellence.
- Offer the continum of care model to the medical and general communities.
